2007-2011 >> Built 210 sqm, Plot 500 sqm, steeply

Located at the end of a communal settlement extension, that house is watching the coastal plain and north Tel Aviv. It actually functions as a supporting element for major land differences, mediator through spaces on gaps in the level of about 7 m between the top edges of the upper street to the lower natural valley.
Central wall pierces the volume of the house by making a cavity inside, while looks as if it's leaning on the side and sliding down the ground. All entrances and exits organized along this wall, and is sealed and opened in accordance with the structural components tangential to it.
In this case the upper floor contains the public spaces of the house and overlooking the distant view, whereas the lower floor contains the bedrooms and bathrooms, each one of them has direct access to the garden.
The relative isolation of the house in relation to its environment allows generous modes of facades transparency, and makes it unnecessary to hedge and tensions of the plot of land for open space.
Due to the low position of this built structure roofs fifth facade were taken into account, and carefully planned as a building component of quality, both in design and in terms of functions, largely marginalizing many technical systems.
